The first item in the box is a nail. It represents discomfort — the kind we often tolerate for far too long. We complain, we feel stuck, but we don't move until the pain becomes unbearable. I ask my students: how bad does it have to hurt before you take action? Whether it's a job you dread, a habit you want to break, or a goal you keep postponing — stop sitting on the nail. Do something.

The Mirror – Own Your Reflection

Once you've decided to move, the next step is self-awareness. Look in the mirror. Who are you, really? What are your strengths? Where do you need to grow? What skills or knowledge are missing between where you are and where you want to be? Change starts with an honest look inward.

The Seed – Start Growing

The final item is a seed. This is where transformation begins. Plant your idea, your goal, your "It." Growth takes time — some seeds sprout quickly, others take longer. But all require sunlight, water, consistency, and patience. If you nurture your seed and stay committed, the results can be extraordinary.
